If you go to the park before contacting them, at the Universal Studios park (right next door), there is the ticket sales at the entrance of the park. Walk past the ticket sales, but before the park entrance. Turn right behind the ticket sales, and walk towards the building. You will see signs that say group sales. Go to the group sales office, and talk to a sales person. If you get lost, ask any employee -- they are well trained to know where their specific offices are.
